We used the online scheduling and payment site through VFS Global in preparation for international travel. We were under the impression once our payment was processed that our date and time was secured. We later found that completion of a supplemental form triggered the actual scheduling of the test.

Denise contacted us the day before our scheduled test date to confirm/schedule the actual time, when we realized that we were in jeopardy of NOT having everything completed in time for the flight. Denise went above and beyond to arrange the test at the originally scheduled time, then followed up to insure we would receive results prior to leaving for the airport for the flight.

Her customer service, and genuine interest and concern in meeting our needs was amazing. She made us feel confident and reassured that everything would be ok. She was an invaluable resource during a time of stress. Denise is absolutely an asset to your organization.
